Course Objectives: The ISO 9001:2015 Training Course provides participants with knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and equips them with the practical skills necessary to conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports. Through this course, participants will gain a clear understanding of how to effectively evaluate the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System within their organization.

Course Content:

  • The course provides knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, including standard requirements, updated terminology, and the structure of the standard.
  • Participants will understand the principles of internal auditing, how to classify different types of audits, and the roles and responsibilities of auditors.
  • The course also provides guidance on the internal audit process, from audit planning, preparing audit checklists, to practicing audit reporting and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Practical exercises help participants apply theoretical knowledge to real-life situations.
