Course Content:
Introduction to the Five Core Tools in IATF 16949:2016:
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) – Advanced product quality planning.
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) – Production part approval process.
- MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) – Analysis of measurement systems.
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) – Failure mode and effects analysis.
- SPC (Statistical Process Control) – Statistical process control.
After completing the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the fundamental concepts of statistics applied in quality management.
- Gain a clear understanding of Mistake Proofing and Poka-Yoke concepts.
- Apply each of the Five Core Tools effectively in building and improving a Quality Management System compliant with IATF 16949.
- Develop the capability to lead cross-functional teams in implementing PFMEA or DFMEA.
- Be proficient in developing Control Charts and calculating process capability indices (Cpk, Ppk).
- Acquire practical skills in conducting Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
