Course Objectives: The ISO 22000 Awareness and Internal Auditor training course provides participants with knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System and equips them with the necessary skills to conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports. The course aims to help participants clearly understand the standard and effectively evaluate the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System within their organization.

Course Content:

  • The course provides knowledge of the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, including the standard requirements, updated terminology, and the structure of the standard.
  • Participants will understand the principles of internal auditing, types of audits, and the roles and responsibilities of auditors.
  • The course also provides guidance on the internal audit process, from audit planning and preparing audit checklists to practicing audit reporting and monitoring corrective actions.
  • Practical exercises will help participants apply theoretical knowledge to real-life situations.
