- Owners and managers of food production and processing establishments.
- Personnel who are directly involved in handling food, including managers, production staff, quality control personnel, transportation staff, and other individuals responsible for ensuring food safety within food processing and distribution facilities
Course Content:
- The training course provides basic knowledge of food contamination hazards, as well as conditions and methods required to ensure food safety during food production, processing, and storage.
- Guidance on food safety knowledge training practices, relevant food safety regulations, and an introduction to the HACCP system for food safety control.
- Practical exercises and case studies to help participants apply theoretical knowledge to real workplace situations.
Course Duration: 1 day (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
* Note: Participants will receive a training certificate upon completion of the course.
