Course Objectives: This course is designed to help participants gain a thorough understanding of the requirements and clauses of the IATF 16949:2016 standard, while equipping them with the practical skills necessary to apply this knowledge in establishing and implementing a Quality Management System in accordance with the standard.

Course Content:

  • Understand the key concepts, requirements, and clauses of the IATF 16949:2016 standard
  • Ability to apply knowledge to develop and implement a Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements
  • Gain a solid understanding of internal auditing principles, methods, and terminology
  • Learn how to conduct internal audits within the organization and prepare audit reports in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements
