What is WCA?
WCA (Workplace Conditions Assessment) – a program for assessing workplace conditions.
The Workplace Conditions Assessment (WCA) program provides a useful and cost-effective solution for manufacturing and business organizations that want to improve workplace conditions effectively while complying with current industry standards and good manufacturing practices. WCA was developed as part of the Global Social Compliance Programme (GSCP). This GSCP program is recognized by many retail associations around the world.
WCA is designed and developed based on extensive knowledge and understanding of social responsibility. It is an effective tool for assessing, benchmarking, and monitoring workplace conditions at factories. The WCA program provides an effective working mechanism through targeted training programs and solutions aimed at addressing existing issues.
